Access to The Platform is restricted to authorized personnel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (Agent ID and Password). Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Command immediately.
- You may not share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of security breaches.
3. Intellectual Property
All systems, algorithms, designs, content, and "Intel" provided on The Platform are the proprietary property of Clayton McMurry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Platform solely for your internal business operations (Network Marketing & Lead Generation) as intended by the system. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
4. User Conduct
You agree strictly to the following rules of engagement:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Operational updates will be broadcast via the secure dashboard. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
